CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation for Studio Sessions

For booked sessions, refunds will be paid if notice of cancellation is given within 24 hours of a session. If cancellation happens within the 24 hours, a charge of $35 will be imposed. 

 

Refunds for Productions

To be eligible for refund, no work should have begun on the project, including hours of recording for example. 

Several types of product are exempt from being returned. Downloadable goods for example, such as mixing, beats, and completed sessions cannot be refunded.

 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, date purchased and reason for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable), these include but are not limited to:
• Mixed songs by our engineers that have not met client standards. We are committed to affect as many changes as needed at a client’s request, therefore there should be no reason for a refund. However, if a client is still dissatisfied and insists on a refund, consideration will be made on case by case basis.
• Productions that have not been (a) sent to client (b) have not been completed.

We will notify you with 3 days of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and we’ve confirmed credit, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, on occasion it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

There is always some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Sometimes we can work out an exchange for another service of equal price if agreed upon by both parties.
